Your Guide to Our Organization
Just like any other organization, we have certain standards and expectations for our members. Studio Behavior and Expectations
We need to have a quick chat about some studio behavior stuff. We've noticed some less-than-stellar attitudes and behavior from some dancers, and we want everyone to be on the same page. We'll be talking about this in class, but we need your help too. Please review our Studio Behavior and Expectations section of our handbook with your dancers to make sure they know what's up. You know as well as we do that repeating stuff is the key to making it stick.
If a dancer isn't meeting our expectations, they'll get a heads up. In the event that a dancer continues to exhibit exhibit disruptive, disrespectful, or negative behavior, they will be asked to sit in a designated area of the studio for the remainder of that class and observe the class. You will be notified via text message to come in to the studio to collect your dancer when class is finished and they will be able to explain to you why they were asked to observe rather than participate and what they plan to do to correct the issue for the next class. We want to work together to make sure the environment stays positive and respectful for everyone.
Thanks for being amazing dance families!
