McGovern Irish Dance School Dress Order Form

New School Dress Orders Are Open!

We are excited to begin ordering our brand-new McGovern Irish Dance School Dresses! These dresses were created in our signature pink, black, and white and will give our dancers a beautiful, polished, and unified look at performances, competitions, and special events.

Complete the Dress Order Form

Who May Order a School Dress?

All youth dancers at McGovern Irish Dance are eligible to order a school dress.

Ordering is not required at this time. However, dancers in Ullmhuchan and higher who compete or participate on the McGovern Performance Team are strongly encouraged to order their dress.

Dancers in younger and lower levels are also welcome to order a school dress, even if they are not yet competing or participating on the Performance Team.

Adult dancers will not wear this school dress and should not place an order.

Getting Your Dancer Measured

We will have an opportunity to have measurements taken at the Lake Erie and Ruby Royale Feisanna this weekend.

If your dancer is attending and you plan to order a dress, please try to have their measurements taken while you are there and then submit the order form.

One-Time Dress Rental

The school dress fee is a one-time rental fee of $399 for each assigned dress.

There are no yearly rental charges and no annual renewal fee for the same dress. Your dancer may continue wearing the assigned dress for as long as it fits and remains in good condition.

When your dancer outgrows the dress, it must be returned to the studio. The rental process will then begin again with either a new or well-maintained used dress, at the discretion of McGovern Irish Dance.

Important Rental Information

  • All dresses remain the property of McGovern Irish Dance.
  • Each dress is assigned to one individual dancer.
  • Dresses may not be sold, shared, transferred, loaned, or passed down between siblings.
  • Families are responsible for caring for the dress while it is assigned to their dancer.
  • The dress must be returned when it is outgrown, when the dancer leaves the studio, or when requested by McGovern Irish Dance.

Dress Cost and Payment Schedule

One-Time Dress Rental Fee
$399.00
$199.50 Deposit Due with Order

Many McGovern families have fundraising dollars available to help offset the cost of their school dress.

Fundraising credits will be applied automatically to the second half of the dress rental fee. They will not be applied to the initial $199.50 deposit.

Payment Examples

$75 in fundraising credits = final payment of $124.50

$150 in fundraising credits = final payment of $49.50

$199.50 or more in fundraising credits = the second payment is paid in full.

Next Steps

  1. Review the School Dress Rental Agreement.
  2. Have your dancer measured at the feisanna this weekend, when possible.
  3. Complete the School Dress Order Form.
  4. Submit the required $199.50 deposit.
